Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 June 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to AppLaunchPage ("we", "our", or "us"). AppLaunchPage is a platform for creating beautiful landing pages for mobile applications. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website at https://www.applaunchpage.com (the "Service").
By using AppLaunchPage, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Account and Profile Data
When you create an account and use the Service, we collect personal information that you provide to us, including your name, email address, and account credentials.
Payment Data
When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment and billing information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers; we retain limited billing information (such as your subscription status, plan, and billing period) needed to manage your account.
Content You Provide
We store the content you create within the Service, such as your landing pages, app descriptions, screenshots, app store links, social links, creator profile (name, bio, avatar), and any other material you upload or generate.
Connected Account Data
If you choose to connect a third-party analytics, attribution, or search account, we store the OAuth access and refresh tokens, the email address associated with the connected account, and related metadata (such as your available analytics properties or app listings) so we can provide the connected features. You can disconnect these accounts at any time, which revokes and deletes the stored tokens.
Communications and Support Data
When you contact us, use our in-app support chat, or respond to our messages, we collect the information you provide, including the contents of your messages. We also keep records of the automated and transactional emails we send you and, if you cancel, any cancellation feedback you choose to share.
Usage and Device Data
We collect non-personal data through analytics and error-monitoring tools to help us understand how users interact with the Service and to diagnose problems. This data may include device type, operating system, browser, pages visited, usage patterns, general location, and error diagnostics.
Visitor Data on Published Landing Pages
When a visitor loads a landing page that you publish through the Service, or interacts with it (for example, by clicking an app store button or scanning a download QR code), we collect analytics data on your behalf. This includes a visitor identifier derived from a hashed combination of the visitor's IP address and browser user agent (we do not store the raw IP address), as well as the user agent, referring source, approximate country, and device type. This data powers your analytics dashboard and the usage metering described below.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- To process payments, manage your subscription, and meter usage of your published pages
- To communicate with you, including sending account, transactional, onboarding, and product update emails, and responding to your enquiries
- To provide AI-powered features (see Section 5)
- To improve our service and user experience through analytics and error monitoring
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Third-Party Service Providers (Sub-processors)
We share personal information with trusted third-party service providers only as needed to operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. They include providers for:
- Payment processing and billing
- Transactional and marketing email delivery
- Analytics and attribution
- AI content generation (see Section 5)
- Error monitoring and diagnostics
- Customer support
- Hosting and custom domain provisioning
- Protection of our forms against abuse
A current list of our sub-processors is available on request by contacting us at contact@applaunchpage.com.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own promotional purposes. We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service offers AI-powered features that can generate content for your landing pages, including draft Privacy Policies, Terms of Service, FAQs, and marketing copy. When you use these features, the information you provide about your app is sent to our third-party AI provider to generate the requested content. AI-generated legal documents are provided for convenience only, are not legal advice, and you are responsible for reviewing them before use.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, your account data and associated content (including landing pages and their visitor analytics) are retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. When data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise it.
8. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws (such as the GDPR in Europe and the UK, CCPA in California, and similar regulations worldwide), you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- The right to access the personal information we hold about you
- The right to rectification of inaccurate personal data
- The right to erasure of your personal data (the "right to be forgotten")
- The right to restrict processing of your personal data

- The right to object to processing of your personal data
The specific rights available to you may vary depending on your location. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at contact@applaunchpage.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law.
9. Children's Privacy
AppLaunchPage is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information from our servers. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at contact@applaunchpage.com.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email prior to the changes becoming effective. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates.
