Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AppLaunchPage ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the AppLaunchPage website at https://www.applaunchpage.com (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

AppLaunchPage is a platform for creating beautiful landing pages for mobile applications. The Service provides users with templates, customization tools, hosting, custom domain connection, analytics, and AI-powered content generation to help makers and businesses showcase their mobile apps.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription Plans

The Service is available through paid subscription plans (currently "Pro" and "Studio"), billed on either a monthly or annual basis. Current pricing and plan features are displayed on our pricing page. Prices may be subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial to new users. During the trial you may access paid features without providing payment details. If you do not start a paid subscription before the trial ends, your published landing pages will be taken offline and publishing will be disabled until you subscribe. Where a trial requires payment details, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.

Changing Plans

You may upgrade or downgrade between plans through the customer billing portal. When you change plans, charges are prorated by our payment processor based on the time remaining in your billing period.

Usage Limits and Overage

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of tracked events (such as page views, app store clicks, and QR scans) across your published pages. If you exceed your plan's included allowance, additional usage may be billed as an overage at the rate shown on our pricing page.

Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription through the customer billing portal in your account settings.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. All payment terms are subject to their terms and conditions.

Non-Payment

If a payment fails or your subscription lapses, we may suspend or revoke your access to paid features, and your published landing pages may be taken offline, until payment is successfully made.

Refunds

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@applaunchpage.com.

You may create and store content within the Service, such as landing pages, app descriptions, screenshots, and other content. You retain ownership of any content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, host, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to all content you upload and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. During this retention period, you may contact us to request a copy of your data.

The Service offers AI-powered features that can generate content on your behalf, including draft Privacy Policies, Terms of Service, FAQs, and marketing copy. AI-generated content is provided "as is" for your convenience and may contain errors or omissions. AI-generated legal documents do not constitute legal advice and are not a substitute for review by a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it.

If you connect a custom domain to a landing page, you represent that you own or are authorised to use that domain. Domain connection and SSL provisioning are facilitated through our infrastructure provider, and you are responsible for maintaining the correct DNS configuration. We are not responsible for downtime or errors arising from domain or DNS misconfiguration outside our control.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use any automated means to access the Service without our express permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
• Create landing pages for apps that violate app store guidelines or promote illegal activity

The Service, including its original content, features, templates, and functionality, is owned by AppLaunchPage and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppLaunchPage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and any personal information stored therein
• Any other matter relating to the Service

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppLaunchPage and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service prior to the changes becoming effective. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
