1. Agreement to Terms

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans

Free Trial
We may offer a free trial for new subscribers. At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your account settings.

Payment Processing
Payments are processed through our payment processor. All payment terms are subject to their terms and conditions.

Refunds

6. User Content and Data
You may create and store content within the Service, such as landing pages, app descriptions, and other content. You retain ownership of any content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. During this retention period, you may contact us to request a copy of your data.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use any automated means to access the Service without our express permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
• Create landing pages for apps that violate app store guidelines or promote illegal activity

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and any personal information stored therein
• Any other matter relating to the Service

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppLaunchPage and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination
